Join us for a fun and engaging exploration of ballet. This class introduces basic ballet positions of the arms and legs, as well as ballet terminology while focusing on proper posture and placement. Ballet includes barre, center work, and across the floor combinations which are structured to build technique, musicality, and quality of movement.
