Join us for a vibrant and empowering Cardio Strength fitness class! This 45-minute workout is designed to nourish your physical and mental well-being. In this dynamic class, you'll experience a fusion of cardio and strength training exercises that will challenge and motivate you. Amanda will guide you through a series of movements that will get your heart rate pumping and strengthen your upper body, lower body and core. Each cardio and strength segment will use interval training and leave you feeling energized and confident. Move, sweat, and celebrate your strength!
